Production & Series Booking Request Form

To submit a request for a full production or series of events, please provide the following information. Please only submit one request for your production/series and include all related events in this request. Alternatively, for complex schedules of 8+ unique events, reply to the confirmation email with an attached PDF of your full schedule.

Productions: Select "Events Needed" and add any schedule details you can provide for each date, including load-ins/outs, rehearsals, performances, etc.

Series: Select "Events Needed" and add an example for each repeating event in the series (e.g., "Thursdays, 6pm-8pm" or "4th Fridays of each month, 10am-1pm") and notes of deviations.

For "one-off" events or meetings, complete the Meeting Request Form.
